I want to wear this shirt with a black jacket and the light tan pants. However, which tie? These two I thought might go ok, but now I'm considering wether to just go with a solid. Thoughts?

If I had to pick, I would go with the 2nd pairing.

As noted above - navy jacket. Yeah, definitely navy, yeah.

Neither tie really works for me, but that could just be me. I would go with something pink, maybe a blue or grey tie with pink stripes or dots. Or something crimson or burgundy.

IF I had to choose between the two options shown - #2

Black jacket and tan pants is a bad foundation to begin with, IMO. Go with a softer jacket with pants that light, nothing darker than navy. As for ties, I am not a fan of paisleys or repp but I would not pair that repp with that shirt. If you have to wear that jacket and shirt, go with grey pants and add a tie with some color, but not an overly light color.
