Need suit for med school interviews

I'm in need of a new suit for med school interviews coming this fall. Being a skinny guy, off the rack suits almost never fit me even after alterations, and I'm looking for a suit that will last me a long time. I live in the Dallas area, so any place around here that makes MTM suits would be good. I have a budget of about $500 but I can go up if necessary. This is my first post, so sorry if I made any mistakes!

Doesn't Brooks Brothers do some suit separates? Just buy a basic navy or charcoal suit and a conservative tie.
