Need suggestions for a title...

...that can be used for a paper contrasting the ethical philosophies of Kant and J.S. Mill. The essay is essentially Kant's categorical imperative vs. Mill's principle of utility.

Any ideas? My creative juices are sapped.

The traditional academic method of titling, especially appropriate with Germans, is to simply state your thesis in the most verbose manner possible.
