Need staple suggestions...

    ...rice, bread, potatoes, a beige suede jacket, a brown leather blazer, or a tan/chocolate corduroy blazer.  My closet and budget can probably afford one of the above, but not all three.  Which one do you think is the most versatile and practical?  I wear sportcoats with jeans, khaki's (gasp.), and slacks about once a week, and was looking for something on the casual side that I could wear to dinner after class, weekend trips, etc.

    so throw out your opinions and I'll be listening...

    May I suggest a brown suede jacket? A beige suede jacket is nice but may not be appropriate at night. I find brown leather blazers rather odd (can't get used to blazers made out of leather). A tan/chocolate corduroy blazer is possibly not as sharp as leather/suede. [​IMG]
