Hey all,

I've been through the threads and have done searches but I need some advice on shoes. I'm fairly new to all this so bear with me please. Basically, I got some suggestions for clothes to wear in hot climates as I'll be working in an industrial plant doing financial stuff. However, I'll be running up and down a lot and i'm looking for some suggestions for dress shoes which can i guess, be beaten up / take a beating. I'll be working in hot weather also. I've got a pair of gucci shoes which i've had for about 2 years and there is no way i can wear them in there. Any suggestions? Preferbly i'd like wingtips with maybe a leather sole or maybe even toe cap? My budget is around 100 - 150$.

If anyone can throw me a few suggestions i'd appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
ajk5136

Most of the factory made shoes have synthetic stiffeners and cheap lining - none of these will absorb the perspiration (which is normal - everybody has it more or less). Synthetic stuff make it worst. I am afraid the real leather shoes prices are out of that price range you are looking for.

I saw some Allen Edmonds Lombard in black for around $ 150 at the Rack the other day. That, I suppose, could work for you.
