First off, hello everyone. I've been lurking on the forum for a while now, figured I'd finally register as I have a question that I'm not sure has been asked and answered yet.

I bought the suit in the picture without trying it on and everything fits surprisingly well in my mind. There is just one issue, and that is this roll below the collar. I don't have particularly large or protruding shoulder blades and I can still see the issue, in a less obvious state, even when hanging on a hanger. How difficult/expensive would this issue likely be to remedy? It seems to me like there is slightly too much fabric between where that roll occurs and the collar of the suit - I recall seeing something about lowering the collar, would that likely help?

I already took it to my dry cleaner and had her try to alter it - After two attempts at her trying to fix it, for a suspiciously low cost ($20), and seeing no improvement either time, I figured I might as well just take it away before she did any damage. I quite like the suit and everything else fit without any alteration - this really is the only thing keeping me from being really happy with the fit besides wanting to have the side slightly taken in (keeping in mind I did not pay much for the suit at all and bought it online). The suit has no vents - thought I would mention that in case it factors in. Could this issue be easily addressed when I have the sides brought in?

Appreciate any help you guys can provide.
