Hey everyone, first post on the forums.. so I apologize about the sloppy picture presentation. Anyways, so I've really been digging the chelsea boot look and just sprung on a pair from Banana Republic. For some reason, they run extremely big, I'm talking full size up. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 and wear a 10.5 just to be certain of a snug fit. The 10.5's I originally received in the mail were probably 12's on me. So I sent them back and went a full size down. Got these in the mail today. They fit a hell of a lot better than the last pair, but they aren't exactly perfect. There is probably 3/4 of an inch of room from my toe bone to the tip of the boot. It's quite feasible, but not absolutely perfect. My dilemma is, the shoes feel great. My feet don't really slosh around, but they have a nice breathing room to them in the heel. I'm sure I could send them back and go down a half size, but I'm really getting anxious to just rock these bad boys. Do these look like boats on me? The jean pictures seem to have a leaner finish towards the boot and look longer, but the corduroy pictures seem a bit better. Take a look and tell me what you guys think. 3/4 inch room of toe.... do they look like ski's? Or am I just being paranoid?
