Need help with professional picture

I'm scheduled to take my professional picture next week. I'm having a hard time figuring out what colors/combination to wear. What color suit, shirt, and tie would you recommend?

Navy blue or charcoal suit. White, or light blue shirt. Darker tie.

Don't forget to comb your hair and shave.

Probably that, albeit be careful that dark clothes don't photograph as black. The right attire also depends on occupation and what you mean by "professional picture."
