Try to avoid trends and stick with style. T shirts that are tri-blend, typically Alternative apparel and american apparel, will be tight enough in the waist so that u can possibly show your belt. They are long though. For jeans u can try some sevens bootcut or Diesel Zathans or Zatiny 1 size bigger than a tight fit, the waist will be low enough without sagging in the back.

You're modelling your style after a video game character?

I don't believe there is a name for the style you are trying to achieve, but here's a tip, the concept makes the clothes, not the other way around. What I'm saying is that that particular look you have there is a certain style that could be done in another way with completely different items, the fact that he is wearing a tight shirt that is showing his belt buckle is the result of the style, not the style itself. To me that style seems to be a bit trashy, slightly asian, somewhat 'modern punk' hoodlum, now if you want to look that way, you just need to think of and look at photos of people who are like this and see how they dress, this character being merely one example.

I'm not going to judge your taste here, if I haven't already, I'll leave that to the less PC people around here. But my suggestion to you is to try to find out what your own style is, not to try and mimic the looks of others, if anything you can borrow from their style, but copying a look like that won't work unless you honestly, genuinely are the type of person you are mimicking.

Hehe. I've kind of wanted a red notch collar vest for a while now:
