Need help picking a tie

Trying to match a tie for this shirt:






Sorry for the crappy camera phone pics. The shirt is light blue (wouldn't call it baby blue...just light blue) with very narrow vertical stripes that are blue, black, and white.

I'm pretty sure a solid blue (regular blue/navy blue) tie would work. Any other suggestions? The only ties I have now that are close color wise have too busy of designs. I'm thinking a simple design might work though.

Have you considered how the tie will go with the rest of the ensemble, including your skin and hair color?

What colour suit/pants/jacket are you wearing this with?

I have short brown hair, average color white guy skin. Not fair, but not tan...pretty peachy I guess. I won't be wearing a suit - either just with khakis or black slacks, but definitely with black wingtips. Leaning towards the slacks, as they fit better than the khakis. Also, it's for a fraternity date party, so I can be less conservative.
