    Oops sorry, I missed that. You should check the Crockett & Jones thread for the information about their mail order, or wait for someone from the US to give you some info, as I am located elsewhere. They will run about $600 USD w/ branded trees (which are quite pricey for some reason) and shipping, based on what they cost in my currency.
