Need help matching outfit?

So i found this sweater for a good price I just need to make it look dressy with dress pants etc.

So what color button up shirt to wear underneath? I'm thinking light blue/yellow and what color dress pants im thinking a khaki tan color can you help me out guys?

Solid light blue or solid white. Pants in any shade of brown would be okay.

More normal to buy the sweater after the trousers etc.
