Need Help Identifying Shoe Style

I need some help identifying a style for two pair of casual shoes I purchased over 10 years ago. These shoes have been extremely comfortable. I have almost worn out one pair and on the other pair, the sole rubber material disintegrated even though the upper is in great condition.

The style must now be out of fashion because I can't locate anything similar anywhere on the web. One site mentioned they were a driving shoe. All I know is that I like the leather flap that goes down the center, yes to a "square" toe, and when the shoe has a stylistic design patter on the side.

I have tried many websites that describe what shoe styles there are and I only found this style listed once and forgot they style name and website. It must be because they are square toe shoe that I can't find any information on them.

Any recommendations where I might find something similar?

That's a bicycle toe in the rear, but definitely what I'd call a driving shoe. The other is a hodgepodge of styles.

I can't help you with a source, as everything you're looking for is the opposite of my style, but that seems like something Hush Puppies or similar might have made in the past

Thanks for that. I now remember someone a while back mentioning bicycle toe.

You were right, one of these pair was from Clark's and the other from Macy's. They weren't high dollar and were not great in the style arena but man were they comfortable.
