Hi everyone,

Today I bought by BIN an item on eBay and paid immediately. A few hours later I checked the auction and realize that it was misrepresented (putting the retail price of the platinum model while I bought the titanium one).

So I went from thinking that I got a great deal to feeling that I got ripped off.

Unfortunately I paid immediately and by Credit Card. I didn't contact the seller yet but I would like to know what my resources are since it is a fraud.

Many thanks in advance
Hany

I wouldn't call it fraud just yet. Perhaps it is an honest mistake by the seller. Give him the benefit of the doubt.
If I were in your shoes I would contact him immediately and voice your concerns. Tell him point blank you do not want the item and would like a refund. If he does not agree, just contact paypal immediately and dispute the transaction.

Also, try this link:

You might have to look around a bit, but it should have the answer.
