My guess (or at least my hope) is that we are misreading this question and you have in fact ordered (rented) a tuxedo with a contrasting blue vest. If this is the case, while it wouldn't be what I would choose to wear in my mid 50s, I know from seeing the attire at my children's proms, that this is acceptable attire. If I'm right... have a nice time. If I'm not...reconsider your choice.
You probably don't need the belt and the shoes you asked about would be totally out of place with a tux.

Even if this is the case, NOT with those sneakers.

The belt might honestly work with a more modern, more designer looking suit (but I see the word "vest"), but not even in a Manton thread would those sneakers come up.

I want to punch someone everytime I see them tie hangin' with sneakers a suit and a 59 Fitty on.

With my (limited) experience I would say that if it's Gucci and it's sold on the Ebay then it is fake.
