My old overcoats have fallen apart so I need to buy some new ones.

In years past I would solve this problem by finding some on eBAY.

But nowadays, that doesn't work anymore, because the selection on eBAY seems to be a lot smaller than it used to be.

So everything I can find on eBAY is either too expensive, or not what I want, or they are listed by unprofessional sellers and their pictures are too sketchy to tell if the product is in good condition/worth buying or not.

I'm looking to buy overcoats that meet the following conditions:

1. Used but in excellent, like-new condition (the reason for this is because my budget is only $250 CAD or less, so I can't afford a new one with that budget AFAIK).

2. Full-length (meaning not 3/4 length, which the majority of offerings seem to be).

3. Double-breasted (although I'll be flexible on this condition, if need be).

4. Lapels don't look really weird (i.e. they are not overly fat)...a lot of the overcoats on eBAY suffer from this problem.

5. Navy blue color.

I appreciate any recommendations for sources that can sell me overcoats like that.
