There are guys in most major cities that can do airbrush touchups and blend it in very well. Look for Aero Colors http://www.aerocolours.com/Services/ChipScratch.aspx

Thanks. I can locate a bunch of body shops near philadelphia, but I want to go to one that can really do a good job. I guess I'm looking for some recommendations based on previous experience. Also, can this kind of damage be fixed like new?

Get a good body shop to fix it and you want even be able to tell it was ever damaged. I don't know anybody in your area but I would recommended either joining a ranger rover forum and asking them or more simply call your local dealership and ask them who they use to do touch ups and paint repairs.
