Hello!

My wedding is coming up and i wanted to purchased a good patent leather shoes to go with my Hugo Boss tuxedo. Im new to the whole patent leather shoes world so Im not sure which brand i should be going for. Because is for my wedding, Im willing to spend up to $700, and i will be wearing the shoes together with my tuxedo for black tie events, hence why Im willing to spend a little more money on the shoes. Any particular shoes anyone have in mind and would recommend?

I found this shoes from Ferragamo, although not oxford how i would like

Are you dead set on patent? What about AE Park Aves?

Related, how's the Boss tux looking? I may be in the market for one and Boss just fits so nicely...

No, I’m open to Oxford shoes that after some polish it can give that mirror shine.
The tux fits like a glove right off thE rack, didn’t need any adjustments. Pants are more narrow towards the bottom, but that’s standard to all fit suits Boss has. Material is outstanding, worth every penny. This is the tux I bought

To each his own, but I don't believe patents are mandatory for a tux, and calf will be far more versatile after the wedding.

Sounds like op doesn’t have money issues. Of course patent isn’t mandatory, but it looks best with black tie.
