Need Advice On Low Vamp Loafers

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a pair of black Allen Edmonds Montecito loafers. I have never worn loafers before, so I need a little bit of advice on the do's and dont's. I will mainly wear these shoes in an office setting (business casual) with khakis or slacks. I understand that many wear loafers sans socks, but that just isn't for me. I was wondering what type of dress socks would go good with these loafers, or should I stick to no show socks? It should be noted that the vamp on these shoes is very low. Thank you in advance for the help.

Here is a pic of the shoes--

No-show socks, black dress socks, or maybe navy or charcoal dress socks.
