Need advice for shoes/boots with leather jacket

Hello everyone,
My first message here. I'm looking for your help/advice to help me figure out, which type and color of shoes/boots with this navy leather jacket (from MI-6 fallout)? I just can't decide should I go for ankle boots or Chelsea, leather or suede etc etc. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

I think either will be fine. My preference would be suede as I'm partial too it and I like the textural contrast between the boots and the jacket.

I believe a suede Chelsea in either a stone, taupe or cognac tone would be ideal. If you have a neutral like that, it immediately becomes more versatile.
