Need advice for shoe paints?

Hi. I am Chris and I am an artist. I love playing with colors, but my target this time is one of my most expensive pair of leather shoes instead of a canvas. I bought these last month and now I want to wear them with a bright new look. As I am doing it for the very first time, so I would love to hear from you guys. One of my close friends referred to this article for purchasing some good paints for my shoes. I went through it but couldn't reach to a conclusion. Can you guys check it out and provide me with your valuable advice whether I should purchase from here? It would definitely be helpful. Thanks!

Well, I would go with the leather paint, I guess. I've only dyed shoes.
