The stillsuits have nothing to do with the neckerchiefs, if you've read the book you'll know the neckerchiefs does relate to their culture and that the neckerchief is referenced to and to with the fremen, so I see it as having the connotations of what the fremen are, which I saw as independant and adventurous. I made a few and wear um from time to time but making more than the few I have isn't going to happen. But making um isn't to difficult and I'd encourage you to do so!
