Do you mean:
1) unstructured? There are some American makers who do similar.
2) less 'padding'? See above
3) the fabled 'spalla camicia'?
4) 'made in Napoli' branding?
5) all the above?

There are some lower priced alternatives to the big boys of Neapolitan rtw (Kiton/Borrelli/Attolini) but I don't know if they are available in your area. Isaia has already been mentioned. Others who make a 'soft' jacket are La Vera Sartoria Napoletana, Sartoria Partenopea, and Flannel Bay. Partenopea has a very good deconstructed jacket they call a 'scarf jacket', and Flannel Bay makes some very similar to Borrelli's Linosea.

+1 on the Partenopea stuff, especially as of late. I bought a fabulous SP suit from this board last year and it is fantastic. Very soft look (not very structured) and it just wears incredible.

Is the board the only place you've seen it?

They occasionally show up on eBay -- right now, morigimilano is selling a charcoal Partenopea suit (NWT) in a 38/40, and it's still in the $200s (see here). He's had a couple recently, one in my size going for $540 last week (still kicking myself for being budget-conscious). Yoox also carry SP sometimes, more in the US than in Canada (at least right now), at very reasonable prices. And finally, there's Sartorio, Kiton's junior line, which can be found on Yoox under variously mangled names, from Sartoro Napoli to Santorio, often for less than $500 (and also on eBay via remida05).

I was browsing ebay seller mptobis today and he has a ton of Isaia sport coats in the $200-300 range, all NWT.
