Anyone catch the draft last night? I always love watching just to make fun of the ridiculous outfits worn by most of the players, although the suits last night were pretty low key in comparison to past drafts.

I hate JJ Redick, but I thought he looked pretty good in his custom Zegna suit.

My favorite from recent years is Drew Gooden's buttonless suit in 2002:

Of course, nothing will ever top Karl Malone's outfit from 1985 - tight white pants and a too-short knit tie:

Actually, quite a few guys looked nice yesterday. Tyrus Thomas had a nice combo.

I agree that Ty Thomas was well put.

Pretty ridiculous that Malone's outfit could be considered one of the worst draft outfits of all time. It was too snug and the tie was far too short, but one of the worst of all time? C'mon.

The #1 pick from Italy had a particularly ill-fitting suit. Granted, it may be hard to tailor something for someone over 7 feet tall. Still, especially considering he's Italian, he's got to do better.

I'm impressed. That's actually a pretty well-turned-out bunch of young men for a change. But the guy with the hair...???!!! What the heck?

They look much better than usual, I agree.

Do the draftees' agents pay for the suits in anticipation of their fees?

I wonder if Morrison will finally shave that Appreciation 'stache before training camp.
