Rose is not MVP, but he's the best story in basketball this year, together with Doncic.

So who do you think is MVP at this point?

Oh, I think Harden is certainly the odds-on favorite to win right now (though I think people have been a bit quick to crown him before the All Star Break--one writer said his game-winner against Golden State clinched the award for him). I just don't like him.

Greek Freak is the real MVP.
The thing that's refreshing is he hasn't changed. He knows he has weaknesses. He doesn't really want the accolades. He wants to win and keep improving until he's the best (which he knows he isnt). There are a thousand quotes out there like this one.
From Espn:
Antetokounmpo didn't want any part of a discussion about how the MVP race was shaping up as the NBA season's midway point nears. He called the nationally televised win over Harden's Rockets "just another game," acknowledging it was fun playing in that kind of spotlight but emphasizing that the Bucks winning was important, not his individual statistics.

Informed that Brook Lopez declared that the Bucks believe he's the league's best player, Antetokounmpo smiled and joked that the big man is "my No. 1 fan." But Antetokounmpo admitted that such status ranks high among his goals.

"To be honest with you, all I care about right now is getting better, helping my team win," Antetokounmpo said. "And [becoming the league's best player is] going to take care of itself. I know that one day it might happen. I don't know if I'm there yet, but I'm going to do whatever it takes to get there, because that's what I want to be."

It's finally going to be the first fun season in MKE since 2001.

Some crazy trades this season. Didn't see the Unicorn going to Dallas, but somehow makes sense. ;)

For whom? Porzingis is young enough that he should heal properly, but there is a risk since he's basically taking a year off and there is a precedent too of guys not healing properly (Rose jumps to mind).

It almost seems a no-brainer for Dallas to take this risk, as DSJ seemed to overall with Doncic.

Yes maybe that's a risk but probably worth taking on a second thought

btw Doncic looks great in his rookie season, he reminds me of Larry Bird, super skilled player with great bball IQ and winning mentality, let's hope he keeps this up he's amazing to watch
