There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I can agree with that assessment. So you gotta teach him all those skills before he can contribute, but if he does he'll be great. The finished product would be something like what, Rose/Wall/Westbrook? Those players all dominated college comp athletically, and Rose and Wall got to the rim at will. Exum is much farther off than all those guys, but could potentially get there, I guess

he played in one of those international all star games against both Wiggins and Parker I think and he was the best player on the court (in that game). No one being drafted (except Hairston) has played against NBA level talent so there all basically a crapshoot/potential all stars, take your pick.

I'm just waiting for the Knicks to pick Glen Robinson now that Hairston is gone and then I'll go to bed

no idea he was still available. Maybe they are getting ready to tell Melo to not let the door hit him on the way out. I don't mind a starting five of Calderon. shumpert/smith, Early, Stats and Barganani.

Basically a really tall point guard. His shot is meh but engelland can fix that like he fixed kawhi and bonner and parker and bellinelli

I love how there exists a man like the mysterious Mr. Engelland. The shitty shooter whisperer

Yeah he was a average shooter before he joined the spurs (.357 just the year before). Then he meets engelland and becomes winner of the 3 point contest and finished season with .430. Jump in almost ten percentage points.

Can also be accounted for with better quality looks.

What's also true is that Wiggins jacket was a piece of shit.

I'm not nuanced enough to critique shooting form like you guys but he definitely benefited from better looks because watching him while he was CHI compared to SA, he still mostly shoots off-balance, off the dribble, wonky looking jumpers etc.

I was browsing through my usual GIF sites and lo and behold, they have one of Sixers drafting Embiid while the camera cuts to Simmons looking all (internally?) smug since he kept professing it was the smartest move days, hours, minutes prior

I think its probably because only one of those two (Noel) will pan out, not to mention stay healthy. This way they can hold onto the better player. Also, nothing like a bit of competition between two bigs for minutes to motivate them to perform. I think it was an ok pick. I still would have taken Exum, but oh well.
