1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I don't understand the point of this nba styles shit. Who is it for? I don't see the nba demographic being into fashion and even if they did why would they look to some nba stars for that shit. It's not like tweenage suburban girls are watching the playoffs

mia-bkn having the EXACT SAME CALL as the lac-okc game was freaking hilarious. i wonder if that's how they're gonna call it from now on. def an issue the league has to deal w/, maybe even b4 the offseason.

Lol oops. I meant Stan van gundy

Anybody else watch all of KDs MVP speech? I wavered from almost crying to laughing at "I can't name all of you" and then proceeding to name every single person he could think of. 26 solid minutes of candidness, humility, and love

for all the excitement of the first round and with almost all those matchups looking like a potential upset at one point or another, the conference finals are most likely going to end up with the favorites - Miami, Indiana, San Antonio and OKC/LA

Wittman and Grunfeld need to go, in my opinion, but we're pretty much stuck with both of them after this playoffs. The Wizards are still a few players short of being truly competitive (back up PG, SG, SF), Gortat and Ariza may well get paid above their actual pay grade, and don't know what they have with Otto Porter. I like what Gooden, Miller, and Harrison bring off of the bench but they're a combined 90+ years old. But playoff basketball is back in DC and the Phone Booth is rocking, so there no problem, right?

If you want to introduce basketball to someone who's never seen the game, show them videos of the San Antonio Spurs. None of the Spurs are freak athletes, with the possible exception of Leonard, but they know how to play and know how to play together. Appreciate them while they're still here.

"The Eastern Conferenceā€¦ where almost half our teams are above .500" ECF that is certainly impressive. They need a TV show about it.

I hope the Clippers win their series. OKC seems to have SA's number. Unless Pop was playing possum.

I forgot the Pistons were so relevant for a while. That was a bad-ass team.

Zards got bumped off. Sad that no big upsets happened.

Nice run for the Wiz and am already looking forward to off-season moves (good ones I hope). Luckily, the East still looks to be shitty for the next few years allowing them another playoff run

Looking forward to keeping Wittman and the GM and Beal going back to regular-season form and Ariza leaving and Otto Porter giving them nothing and Nene's season-ending injury :stirpot:
