1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Not bad, but why would Atlanta want to do this?

    I have no idea.

seriously though, josh smith is walking next year the odds of chris paul/dwight howard/andrew bynum going to atlanta is very low, they might as well get some talent back for him. its a stretch, but danny ferry is a fucking idiot whenever he has impending big salary cap decisions. even when he's heading to a good place with the salary cap ferry ends up pulling  trades that sort of make sense but ultimately disappoint (just remember all of the "big trades" he made during the lebron era cavs).

Pau might ask for trade if D'Antoni & Howard stays next year.

It's disheartening for a fan, it's gotta be tough for hte players. the great thing about jackson was that he treated the players as adults and was flexible in the way he handled them. d'antoni seems determined to fit every square peg into his system, round hole or not. it's ridiculous the way he's treated gasol, not just in terms of playing time, but in openly deriding him. there's nothing to be gained by that.

He does look good. Heat could prly get 10 mins a night out of him.

He's one of my favorite players ever. That deep ass voice and that finger wag. What a monster on defense. 18 seasons.

Just when they were actually winning (3 in a row) on the road, this happens...

this could actually simplify things for D'Antoni and the lakers though right? Howard can become a "hero" and play through the shoulder/back pain and really have an excuse/reason to totally defer to kobe. Kobe can be kobe... or even better... this newer kinder/more sharing kobe... and lead the way....

from here you might as well just let pau go... fuck for all I know the lakers could snag Kevin Love in a three way/swap for pau.

:fu: knowing the lakers luck with getting superstars through trades... it could happen :fu:

can we trade him yet? just give him to Boston for Garnett and Pierce and let the three of them ride off into the sunset together while Danny Ainge felates Dwight all the way to the bank.
