we'll see how they do in boston, but heats were firing on all cylinders while celtics couldnt drop buckets and got called on a bunch of bs technicals. heats have been really really strong at home all season and postseason

Paul's actually got it worse, because at least Stockton and Reggie had good coaches. I bet you every timeout Chris stands there and thinks "I should set the example as the team star and respect coach's authority, but man that is the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard. do I say something or just keep quiet and just do something different on the floor? "

the only reason I can think for extending him is that Sterling is cheaping out again and not hiring a better, more expensive coach

How many better coaches are out there willing to coach the Clippers? Maybe Stan Van Gundy or Nate McMillan, but I don't think they would put the Clippers over the top.

at this point if you drew a face and the word "coach" on a broken board, it would do a better job than VDN. cost less too.

i think van gundy would put them over the top.

if they got to the conference semi finals with VDN, no billups, injured caron etc, how much better do you think they'll get with a better coach and a few well placed trades?

Personally, I think if the Clips are going to win, they need Griffin to improve his low-post game. While the pick and roll game is fine, a strong low post game would help immensely in a 7 game playoff series.

I'm not as hard on VDN, but I could see Van Gundy making a big difference on this team. Blake seems to up the ante a bit though, too.

Anyone watching this Spurs - Thunder game? I'm getting the feeling the Thunder will struggle to win one game this series. I'm looking forward to the Spurs - Heat finals.

The Spurs offensive looks unstoppable right now. And it's not just because one or two players are scoring. Every single guy on the floor is getting space or room to maneuver for layups or open shots.
