Jackson to the Spurs is a GREAT move. But any antics will go over like a turd in a punch bowl down here.

our story this morning says it came within 7 minutes of being done, but the owner (this time, NOT david stern) rejected it.

I thought the other trades would have lessened the burn of the luxury tax.

I think Mitch did pretty good.
Dumping old veterans for young guys looks to be the way to go, but tossing 1st round draft picks could really hurt in the future.

    +1.

I want Van Gundy & Van Gundy coaching the sidelines. How AWESOME would that be?

Well, even after trading Fish and Walton they're still over the tax. So if they got Beasley, they'd still have to pay the extra 6.whatever his salary is worth. But I overstated stated the $15mil extra they'd be paying because it's actually more like $10ish mill (6.whatever for the luxury tax + what he's owed the rest of this season.)

As a Proud White Man the Timberwolves are my new secondary favorite team. Love and Petrovic bring the thunder with Viking aplomb.

they should trade away michael beasly, derrick williams, wesley johnson, anthony randolph and make an all white team

if only wesley johnson and michael beasly had panned out i feel like the wolves would have had a playoff contending team
