there was a brand (that is either defunct now or has been rebooted i'm not sure which) that outfitted ballers with tailored stuff, travel jackets, suits, etc. it was called Astor & Black.

i once thrifted Steph Curry's jacket from his rookie season lol. smelled like winning (and fit me if you can believe that!)

That's funny, I had the same experience with a pair of Greg Oden's shorts!
    (Maybe not the "winning" part.)

Wow, conference finals. 9 games, 8 blowouts.

Nice work NBA GMs. You get to cherry pick the 50 best players in the world each year and the best you can do is this in the conference finals?

I could definitely outperform these clowns.

But I want to see Lebron solidify his legacy. Warriors can continue winning years later.

well there's at least a couple dozen GMs working in the league that have had something to do with the parity issue.

for that matter i guess you could blame Westbrook too... it's nothing new. Remember The Glove and Malone retiring as Lakers?! btw that 2003 postseason was great great great and i think that Pistons team will always stand out as one of the most compelling TEAMS i've ever watched.

fwiw i like the idea of 2 clearly dominant teams in the finals, yes the postseason has been unwatchable but it's no different than the run up to most boxing titles. hope to see a good show.

The salary cap should have increased in steps, it was the large one time increase that enabled Durant's move. I think they should consider this for the next collective agreement. Now all we get is stacked teams and a bunch of wildly overpaid players.

    ______________

Hearing rumblings of Chris Paul to San Antonio. Not a hope of that. Do you really think he wants to go there and play with wooden legs Aldridge? He might be a good pick and roll player, but my word his defense and settling for weak fadeaways was a cringe.
