Pre season was just practice, we're talking about a real game.

Looks like Carlisle has already abandoned Max as a playmaker and reverted him back to the only thing he can do, which is spot shoot. Quality coaching to ignore the elite salary put a guy back in his place.

nets weren't as fun to watch although celtics were. that ending tho was craazy.

heats and pacers are my picks to watch for the season besides the dubs. really exciting fun basketball.

Embiid is a beast. they just need some guards in this draft

    gawdamn NBA season is back!!

Man, Kobe really shit on that Lakers team last season. They're actually a nice team to watch now. A bunch of kids finding their feet, sharing the court, giving it a go, it's a nice thing to watch. But last season was probably the lowest this franchise could go. And the ownership is to blame for letting that selfish motherfucker behave that way.

Grizzlies hit 15 trays tonight to pull off an OT nail biter against the Wizards. Completely different dynamic vs. past years. Zach Randolph is on a torrid pace for 6th man of the year... after all of three games.

Gobart and Adams both getting paid. Twenty five million a year.

Adams is going to be a star. Perfect fit for the team.

Following in the NFL's footsteps I see. I'm surprised the NBA didn't do this like a year after the NFL adopted the awards show format.

Marginally good news. So instead of being drip fed the names of every award winner once a week in a lame attempt to generate suspense, I get to forget that this award show exists and read the names of all the award winners the next morning

Embiid, KAT, Porzingis, Anthony Davis and Giannis

The era of modern do it all big men. Seems like the perfect antidote to small ball

also there hasn't been that many great point guards coming out of recent drafts. D'angelo is the only one that comes easily to mind

Embiid looks the most Olajuwon-y guy I've seen since the great man retired. He's not as quick, agile or elegant, but he's also 4" taller. I'm very impressed.
