    +1

I'd rather have Kobe as player/coach than have some other dude come in and go away from the triangle. *cough*RudyTomjanovich*cough*

    B. Shaw is the next in line, end of story.

Saw this clip of a 1987 NBA commercial. Not sure if it's more awesome or WAY more awesome than the current NBA basketball commercials.

    + 2.

    That would be great.

Who would have ever thought that the 2 best coaches in town would have UC Santa Barbara pedigrees?!

I'd guess 6'-2" would be correct.
My brother met him at an event at the New York Public Library (said he is a very nice, cool guy) and sent me a photo, and actually remarked that he was taller than my brother had thought.

I thought J/B actually lived in Alpine, NJ, though?
(Then again they probably do have a pad also in NYC, etc...)

Did anyone ever point out to Jay, that despite his claims to the contrary, he's neither paying Lebron, nor is he paying Dwyane Wade? [IMG]

I know no one wants to talk @ the Spurs, but it should be interesting to see how well they play w/out Parker...

I think Spurs are a good topic. Hill had 22 points tonight playing the point. That Spurs bench looks fairly deep. Although, it was Cleveland they were playing...

But they lost to a Gay-less Grizzlies so the next 2 weeks will be interesting. I doubt the Lakers catches up to them but I am curious how they adapt.

I think the reason eople discount the Spurs is because they don't realize how good some of the younger talent is. And how deep they go. Just my .02.

And Jet...Lakers are down to #3 seed.

they suffer from the pete sampras syndrome. and there are a lot of "andre aggassi" teams out there this year.
