Yeah, not that I've seen him play that much, but he seems kind of like a middle class man's Adam Morrison.

yeah he belongs to that JJ reddick, morisson class of players. players who hold college records for some of the highest single season ppg averages, and were drafted in the lottery but the success never transferred to nba. i guess reddick is the brightspot?

I think NBA scouts and GMs all have this chip in their brain. They see a tall, gangly white American kid who is kind of a tweener forward, maybe not a dominant athlete but effective at the collegiate level at getting his own shot and scoring a lot, and that chip lights up and makes them think OMG HE COULD BE THE NEXT LARRY BIRD!!!!!!!!

Jimmer isn't tall (by NBA standards) or even close to being a tweener forward. Isn't he like 6'2" by NBA measurements that also tells us that CP3 is 6" tall?

Well, he is going to the Spurs so he might just shine.

I saw Fredette play in a sweet sixteen game in NOLA. He was a sick college player. I mean, the whole opposing team sold out to stop him and he just kept shooting (and making) shots from further and further out. And he had the ability to get into the paint at will

He's totally sucked as a pro, which speaks to the difference in pro vs NCAA talent level

I wonder why he didn't make it as a pro. He didn't seem as accurate in the NBA

Clippers signed prigioni. I really like that dude. Very efficient even if he can't really create his own shots.

Dude one of Spurs, Warriors, Clippers, Grizzlies, Rockets, and Thunders isn't even going to make it out of the first round

Honestly at this point I can't even say who's going to be knocked out. Most likely not Spurs or Warriors

of course Doc would. why would he even think of getting a younger player?

In all seriousness though, I like that signing.

He was a on a tear for a couple months last season before going down to a nagging injury. But still managed to play 70+ games each of the last 2 years. Appears to be a nice fit in Indiana wish him the best

hill always reminded me of a carl landry-type ... decent physical talent but an endless motor. one of the first over-achievers on the laker team i can remember in quite some time.
