Navy blazer, white shirt, orange tie and beige chinos? Would this work, or would the orange look weird with the beige? Brown desert boots. Or should I just wear a grey, brown or blue-ish tie? Thanks!

Also, on a side note (and I know this is not the thread, for this), has anyone purchased regular, Army surplus, camo trousers? I have seen 2-3 various styles/cuts—from slimmer, chino-ish trousers to heavy duty ones. If anyone has bought any, is it worth buying a pair, or are they just terrible?

Classic combination in the Netherlands, although there is some special love for orange accessories here.

I was in a meeting recently with a guy wearing this combo. It looked fine.

I must disagree, but only as a Virginia Tech grad.

Fairly standard with a navy suit. Don't see any issues with tan slacks and a blazer.
