Hi, so I had to buy a new suit as my previous one had become too big for me (weight loss). Anyway, I bought a navy suit and I am wondering if I can pair it with my old shoes or if they will be too light?

The suit is currently being tailored to my body, so unfortunately I won't be able to try them and look for myself. I will be wearing the suit for an event on tuesday and I only have till then to find new ones if I need to.

I have attached a few pictures of the shoes under different lighting and the suit that I have.

Probably the fact that I am even asking this question means that I shouldn't wear them, but I want some other opinions on this...

Without pictures of them both on together it’s hard to say 100% and the fit is also important with the shoes. But a well shined medium brown Double Monk should work with a navy suit in all but the most formal occasions.

I can update the thread with a picture on Tuesday-Monday when I get the suit. It's either the monks or these for 150 euros.
