Navy Pea Coat - Sterlingwear Navy Pea Coat 40S measures more like 42S

Selling this issued pea coat which is too large for me. Navy with gold buttons. In excellent shape although someone's name is marked inside since it was of course issued. Tag says 40S but it measures a bit bigger than that for me. Chest is 44 (22" PtP) shoulders 19 measured from the back, back length 30" from bottom of collar, sleeve length 24" plus what looks to be 1.5" inside to let down. No tears, stains or odors. Very dark navy - almost midnight. Very heavy wool with "fur" pile lining...
