I see a ticket pocket on a navy blazer (or any blazer) as something of a sartorial anomaly.

I've never seen one with a ticket pocket, but my exposure has been limited to US "Preppy" styles. My blazer from the Andover Shop dates back to 1961. Seems to wear pretty well.

Thank you twosnapsandgo, I know Dunhill closed all US stores but New York. Do you know if they sell out of any stores in Los Angeles?

Cucinelli throws them on regularly.
