Looking for brands that sell quality wool trousers with natural stretch from the weave in the sub $150 range. Wool & wool-linen blends would be perfect. Living in Houston so anything I could try on in-store is preferable.

Thanks Fam!

Aerovez,

Wool as a natural fabric will have some give but not enough that I would say it qualifies as stretch. With this being said, you will not get the “stretch” factor from 100% wool that is desired today for a very close fit. In order to achieve this, fabric producers will inject synthetic fiber (usually spandex or nylon) to allow for the stretch factor. Typically a small percentage of this synthetic fiber will offer the desired stretch.

If you do a simple online search and understand the need for the man made fiber, you can easily find trousers in that price range from many retailers. I would suggest trying the mainstays in your area such as Brooks Brothers, Jos. A Bank, J Crew, etc.

Best of luck!
