1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Dallas has quite the clever tweeter...

Yet another minor league logo in the majors.

The green is bad, the logo is bad, the jersey layout is bad... It sucks, plain and simple.

I liked their black home jerseys this year that said "Dallas." Simple and it looked good.

I'm not too up on the leagues in Manhattan, used to play at Chelsea Piers in the outdoor rink...there are two in Brooklyn I know of, Ft Hamilton Roller Hockey (they have a web address as well) and Kings Bay, which is tiny. Staten Island has a full sized covered rink, Staten Island Roller Hockey I believe. Played there as a kid, and will be playing there again this summer.

There are lots of roller leagues when you get outside the city (Long Island, NJ) that are all indoors...decent. I prefer a more physical style though, which is why I play at Ft Hamilton. 5 on 5, more like ice hockey on pavement. Officials and league managers there are really good as well, the best I've ever played under, to be honest, and I've played in tons of leagues.

If you're looking to play shoot me a pm, I run my team and we could use another decent skater. We're losing one of our better offensive defensemen this summer, he's going to school to become...wait...get this...a dairy farmer. Kid is born and raised in Brooklyn and thats his calling.:slayer:

The SCF is finally starting tonight at 8:00 EST... I work til 8 and then have hockey from 9-10. I'll be lucky if I get home with 5:00 left in the third. :fu:

    Here's hoping for overtime

    Hope you're still up!

I can't believe how the puck has stayed out of the Hawk's net tonight. So many close calls.
