Any help finding narrow shoes (B/C width) on the higher end scale would be helpful...seems most shoes in a 12 are only available in D width...any help/suggestions on brands or places to purchase would be appreciated!

Ferragamo makes B widths. The mainline shoes are OK; the Tramezzas are great. Avoid the studio line.
Allen Edmonds and Alden make A,B, and C widths.
Hope this helps.

Besides the aforementioned brands, I think Crockett and Jones has a small number of benchgrade shoes in a "C" width on the UK scale, which may be very similar to a B width in the USA scale (using Allen Edmonds and Alden as a reference point). A couple are available at www.pediwear.co.uk

edit:

I "think" 11C in the UK is about a 12B in the US, but depending on the last an 11.5C may fit better.

This is all very helpful - I knew that Alden made some, but wasn't aware of the C&Js...

How can I tell which shoes Martegani makes on the 3B last? Many I've seen online have been a 74? last...also, do you have to size up 1/2 size on the 3B last or are they true (i.e. I'm a 12 in most shoes - would I need a 12.5 in a 3B?)

thanks again!

Edward Green can make most lasts in most widths. Not cheap, however. I have some Ds and Cs in 82, which is an already narrow last.
