1. I'd like to announce that animated avatars are now available again. You'll have to reload, but they are once more possible.

We've been doing a ton of work behind the scenes. The site load speed was already under 1/2 of what Huddler's was, on average, and we installed cloudflare, which means that the site should be even faster. A ton more will go on in the weeks and months to come, and some things will be more visibile, and some less.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Napapijri means "snow" in Norwegian (I think). However, the company is Italian. They make decent skiwear and apre-ski wear. www.napapijri.it W.

Actually, Napapijri almost means Arctic Circle in Finnish. It's Napapiiri, with an i instead of a j, but I suppose the j makes it more cool or easy to pronounce for the Italians. And with this mostly useless bit of information I introduce myself, a Finnish student who's been lurking for a long time but the lack of questions search hasn't been able to answer or any worthy answers of my own has kept me quiet.

I really don´t know shit about style, but I just joined this forum to find about this.

First........we don´t use this brand in Norway. It is not what we recon as good quality. You freeze to death in these clothes in norway.

Second......I never seen this many norwegian flags on casual clothes since my last two weeks in germany in Italy. We don´t wear our flag on casual clothes, it´s disrespectful. Sorry we don´t have the same fettisih as the Births and Americans...........the flag is a flag we wear on uniforms.

I never thought much about my own nationalism, but this misuse of my country symbol really pisses me off. I´m damn proud of the quality of the products from my country. So that people can belive that this has anything to do with Norway is just strange.

By the way.....Napapijri is a word I have not used even in a drunken state in Norway. The name for snow is snø eller sny.

    Take care...... :)

so the "quality" of this "brand" its completely crap. Never ever buy this shit. I had a top and shorts so they fall apart in few days literally. Its just a fine Norwegian flag on this rags and nothing else. Its a disrespect to Norway.
