names on business cards Question.

should i have my second name "all caps" or just the first letter ? alot of people in my office have all my caps for their second name, but im not sure i like the look of it.

Just make sure you spell everything write.


It does not matter, this reminds me of American Psycho. I would go lower case.

correct spelling would be a start lol,i think lowercase and capital starting letter myself to.thanks for your input btw.i have seen some metal business cards that just look superb,but could be a little TO overbearing to hand out.

In the nicest way as my joke did not go noticed I guess, is you said "there", but it should be their.

all the details on my cards are lowercase. I just like the way that it looks. Depending on your industry, this may not be for you

I think it looks better if the second name (surname?) is in the same case as the first name.

To the OP-
I assume you mean something like only your surname being all capitals, e.g. "John SMITH". Personally I would prefer what penguin vic said above me, having both names in the same case generally looks better to my eye. Capitalising the whole surname seems to be a European thing, has anyone else seen this before?

It's a French thing to capitalize the whole surname, probably because surnames that look like given names are common.

if by "alot" you mean that that is the standard way to do it in your company, do it that way. if not, don't.
