Name of these Church's boots (pics)?

I spotted these Church's boots on ebay and wondered if anyone knows the style/name.

I presume the seller was not the original owner, as there seems to be some uncertainty as to whether the boots are men's or women's. I have asked the seller for the name of the boots or rather, to confirm the details hand written on the inner leg, but have yet to receive a reply.

Any help or thoughts?

The current seller kindly deciphered (with some difficulty apparently) the hand written details inside the boot's leg. Given the difficulty, I would allow some margin for error:

70 F 81B
mtto75.tlt/714
8194/90

No obvious name, which leads me to wonder if the boots were made to order or at least cut from a very old pattern.

I guess I will phone the factory and email them the details and hope they can find a match, unless anyone has a better idea?
