Everyone in my immediate family knows how to do this for me, and it's great. It also expands my horizons because usually I get something that I would not have picked myself.

In fact, I'd say if you do not use a shirt maker, this is a good incentive to start a relationship with one!

Gentlemen - thank you all for the replies (too many to reply to individually). I've made a list and will shoot it over to my wife for her perusal... I included many ideas on it, so we'll see what she comes up with!
