I don't know about that because the Deep Indigos are also brutal to fade. You honestly just probably aren't beating the shit out of them enough but I don't doubt they are also difficult to fade.

The best N&F fades I've seen here and elsewhere are the LHTs and the first contest jeans. Forgot what they were called.

I'm happy to hear the Regular Indigos don't fade well actually.

I'm looking for a pair of jeans that will stay dark for a long period of time.
My office allows denim if it looks cleans, dark and neat.

So would the NF Weird Guy Regular Indigo, stay unfaded for quite a while?

Any denim will not fade if you dont wear it hard but enough washes it will just keep getting lighter overall

    I've seen those.

Not exactly in the $100 range though...

Except the regular indigo really fade very little even when worn hard. My friend's pair been worn hard for over 3 years and it looks less faded than someone wearing the Elephants for a few months.

I got the other pair on Gilt with the contrast stitching which turned out to be RHT's. They are fucking small as shit and I sized up one from my Japanese Heritage size. They fit ok before a hot, gentle wash, but I hot wash everything now first. Wearing starchy ass denim and having it shrink later is a waste of my time. Plus, if the fabric turns out to be shitty after the wash, I saved a lot of time.

Anyone want them? I put a classified up, but I will lean towards reasonable OBO's.

I think, fabric-wise, this pair above is hands down the best N&F ever produced, the Oni collab being a close second.

I agree completely. I do really dig this company though and they produce lots of great clothing in my opinion.

I'm about to drop them on the new Elephant 3s. I just have some questions in sizing. I measured myself at 32.5'' in natural waist and my jean size, but however, they're a bit loose and it's annoying. I usually wear skinny but since this is my first pair of raw denim, I'm going with the Weird Guy for a comfortable fit especially with 19 oz.

Anyways, going by Blue Owl's measurements. Do I size down with a WG 29s which have a 31.5'' in the waist and let it stretch or do I go TTS with WG 30s which have 32.5''?

Make sure you account for the WG's lower rise. I think its lower than the SG.

Or just email the owner of blue owl, Jay, for help. He'll set you up right.

Thanks, I emailed Jay already. Gotta do something when pulling an all-nighter. Both of the jeans I measured had low rises and were 32.5 but they were a bit loose.

    What do you recommend?

I know it's a bitch but if you don't like the fit you can always exchange..
