Might just be me, but that pomegranate looks more and more like light pink everytime I see it.

So what do you guys not like about the slims? I have rather large thighs and in my opinion are the only ones that fit my body. I would like for them to be a bit more narrow in the calf area, but then again my calfs are rather large as well.

A lot of people do seem to like the slim fit. It's just that NF and the collaborators don't often seem to lol (partially joking)

Nah, slims aren't that popular. At this local boutique, they have like ten pairs in slim guy selling at 70% off and they've been there for months. That's like $45 for selvedge denim. It's just that bootcut isn't a really flattering cut, it does strange things to someone's proportions.

I love slim guy. I find certain denims in weird guys too skinny in the leg for me.

I think it's just that slim guy is cut like most jeans so it's available from many other brands.

That sounds like Weird Guy would work if you sized correctly. Weird Guys have a little extra fabric in the thigh and start their taper from the knee to leg opening.

Any feedback on the Momo x NF collab? I like the skinny guy cut, may search for a pair of 33s in Barneys nationwide. How are the fades for them? I'm assuming they fade more like Momotaro jeans rather than N&F jeans?

Bootcut? I've never thought of Slimguy as bootcut. If something doesn't taper, is that considered bootcut now?

depending on how tall you are it can look boot cut. if you're shorter and have a larger waist the way the hem will fall will likely make it look like it flares out rather than just falls straight, whereas if you're taller this may not be the case.

this is why being only 5'9 with a 32" waist (size, not measurement) i cannot wear slim guys

    not a bootcut.

    slim straight leg = slimguy.

just that all teh internetz guyz like to stack or cuff and it bunches all at the bottom making it look wider.

3 months since I got these NFxMomo with probably half the time of actual wear. Also, I noticed there were two different styles for the tag on the inside... I'm thinking the one I bought from BoW was the second run of NFxMomos and the one that I picked up recently for a friend is the original run?

Yea, forgot to mention that all that's left is the black raws. But they do this crazy 70% off at the end of seasons and you can get things for a steal, especially N&F. The store is Local 35 in Portland, they do phone orders.

And I'm pretty sure if you measured the slim guy, there is actually a slight flare from calf to hem...
