got my deep indigo weird guys today, size 33, pretty much a size down. Had trouble but eventually got the buttons done. Theyre my first pair of "raw denim". It is currently tightest just below the where belt goes - ie. 2nd button was incredibly hard to do up. I'm pretty happy with it but i hope the top block stretches out as much as i've been told. warm soak them to get the loose dye off and before they're completely dry put them on to aid the stretching...i was in the same position u are, but after a month and a half in mine, no tightness at all

I do not either. I feel it was made that way for a reason.

I was being sarcastic. The reason is this: they're not going to spend money hemming to 5 million different inseams for every individual leg-length in the world. Get your damn jeans hemmed if you don't want to cuff/stack

Our "vision" is that with a longer inseam you the consumer have more choice. You can Roll, Stack, Cuff, or Hem. We don't decide the fate of your jeans. Only you do, so feel free to do whatever you want to them. We're not trying to be some fancy "designer" brand with a vision. We just try to make the most amazing jeans we can at a fair price.

The designer's vision with a 36" inseam is to provide a denim that can be worn by, and altered for, nearly any height individual. Sometimes they go 38". I'm comfortable making this statement.

emgee's advice above is pretty solid. You can go with a cold, shaken soak if you want.

    edit: beaten

Yeah so been wearing these for 2 days now. It is still damn tight although the waist has noticeably stretched. What can i do to help stretch them out especially in the hip region? Soak? Cold or Warm? (Finding it hard to sit down, or lift a leg more than 20cm off the ground lol)

A cold soak, put them on when wet, and perform those movements.
