I'll have to check that. Blue owl listed the waist on the 29 as 30 which is why I figured they would work with my 31 inch waist. They are probably as stretched as they are going to get but it doesn't se worth it to keep them if they are too big n

A few other places have the 28 measured as a 30. I'm a true 30, wear my jeans a little lower so around a 31. The 28 in weird guys and the 30 in Skinny Guys (momo) fit me very well pre-stretching. So I'd aim for a 27 or 28 in the WG for you.

skinnyguys i guess? most N&F are liable to stretch quite a bit

Some fit pics of the previously discussed weird guys. I'm letting SF decide, sell or keep? Right now I'm leaning towards sell. Besides the fact that they are too big I don't think the cut looks that good on me. Seems to make me look shorter. Unfortunately, I feel like they will be hard to sell. [IMG] [IMG] for comparison, here is a fit pic of me in my 511s [IMG]

You look fine. Part of why the N&F make you appear shorter is their longer inseam. Get it hemmed slightly (inseam shrinks a good inch post soak) or cuff.

I let my first pair of weird guys shrink up and they sit just right.

nah dude the inseam is the same. the 511s are stacking too you just can't tell because of the shadows. The waist measures just barely shy of 16.5", way too big for me. These are about to hit b&s...

lol. I'm not sure if that is really a moose knuckle or just the way the fabric is falling. I wear much tighter/lower rise jeans and don't get a moose knuckle that bad.

Got a pair of deep indy's on the Blue Owl sale. I forgot how ridiculously painful they are to break in. I have a serious doubt I'll be able to avoid washing the starch out.

Ok, so I hot soaked/dryed my WGs and I think they fit much better now. I would still probably size down if I were to buy a new pair, but these actually fit kind of nice and rotating them with my skinny 511s will be a nice change (i.e. it will be nice not wearing skinny jeans every day). Also, I think I am going to wear them cuffed. For some reason, stacking never looks right on anything but skinny jeans to me. [IMG] [IMG]
