And if you're going to see them soon, ask them if they ever reply to e-mails!
Its the only challenge I have had working with them, and it has gotten much better. They are wonderful in being willing to do anything to make customers happy in my in-person dealings. It may be a cultural thing or a language comfort issue on the occasional email. The results of the work are well worth it if you can get to NYC. If someone is having an issue reaching them, PM me.
Was it one of you guys that got the hard three? Anybody seeing Mina this wknd?
I just can from another great visit with Mina and Dino earlier today.
I picked up 2 SCs and 3 trousers. These are a few quick picks, the shirt (also from NsM) and the tie were what I had on.
This is Mina listening to some silly story I am telling while she is really looking for changes in the trousers or SC (details below) while watching me move. Great attention to detail and I joke with her all the time that I am difficult to deal with on the trousers.

More typical fit pics, these were all try on pics, so little things like not showing shirt cuff is really me just being focused on the fit.
First SC is from Zegna huacaya book from a year or two ago. Second is the W. Bill phoenix 14821 that several SF members have had made up. Trousers are a light brown flannel, and 2 in summer weight fresco, classic light gray isn't pictured, from fresco 2, light sand is from new fresco 3 book, pictured below.
I am really pleased with everything an Mina and Dino really make a huge effort to make sure everything is as expected. I do seem to stick my butt out when posing for these photos though...

Looking good. I will be meeting with Mina & Dino tomorrow. Will update more after tomorrow...
How do you like the 14821?
Any word on their London visits?
somehow the photos got deleted from above
Wearing the new light gray fresco trousers and a NsM SC - Caccioppoli light weight hopsack that I've had for a year or so now, probably my most worn SC. Trousers fit wonderfully.
Wearing the new light sand fresco trousers and a NsM SC - Caccioppoli woo/silk/linen (if I recall correctly).
